Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order. There's no minimum and no extra charge at checkout.

When it ships. We process every order within 1–3 business days. It ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Asia.

How long it takes. Delivery to the United States usually takes 7–12 business days after your order ships.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check it any time on our Track Your Order page: vayrovi.com/apps/17TRACK

Ordering more than one? Everything in your order ships together in one package whenever possible.

If your order is late. If it hasn't arrived 25 days after it shipped, email contact@vayrovi.com with your order number. We'll reship it or refund it, your choice.

Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. After it ships, we can't change the address.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States only.
